HEALTHY STRESS
Much has been said about health and much has been said
about stress. But how would one benefit the other and how could this happen?
Our weeks and months are flying by, lifetimes on overload. Who could
ever imagine squeezing another 20-25 minutes into the day would be so rewarding.
At first glance it would seem impossible to include any additional minutes over a beckoning
snooze alarm with all the activity in a household.
Rewards, hmmm... just exactly what is being promised.
OK... have you ever spoken to anyone in depth about doing nothing,
absolutely nothing. In other words, gently creating space in one’s head and thoughts,
for something mysterious to occur. Such a small period of time, yet you will hear
a plethora of opinions, from many sources. All different, trying to explain what
cannot be described. Yet each offering rare forms of insight in common.
Meditation is a break in the thought train (mechanism),
slowly yet profoundly allowing a sun to shine in. Gently, an overview
of life’s program or pattern, along with the experience to enhance
the potential of each moment to the fullest.
